At Topologie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Topologie packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
